Example 1: Bilateral Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasty
Before Surgery
This patient had drooping eyelid tissue in both eyes which were affecting her vision and overall quality of life.
After Surgery
To improve her vision, this patient received a functional bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty, cosmetic internal brow lift with a fixation on the right side, and cosmetic corrugator excision which also gave her eyes a more open, awake, and refreshed look.
Example 2: Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasty
(Removal of extra upper eyelid skin and fat)
Before Surgery
This patient was referred to us for heavy upper eyelids. We performed upper eyelid surgery to remove the extra skin and fat weighing down his eyelids.
One Week Post Surgery
One week after surgery, he has normal swelling and bruising. You can see the bruising is turning yellow and settling in the lower eyelids. This is normal.
5 Weeks Post Surgery
Five weeks after surgery, minimal swelling remains. The incision line is usually pink and slightly elevated at this stage, By one year it typically fades into a faint white line.
