VEI Aesthetics would like to congratulate one of our oculoplastic surgeons, Dr. Nicole Langelier, on being appointed to serve a two-year term on the Young American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (YASOPRS) Committee. Way to go Dr. Langelier, you ROCK!
YASOPRS is an ASOPRS member who has 8 years or less experience after graduation from fellowship. The YASOPRS committee is comprised of 9 members selected as part of a nomination process. YASOPRS is one of the hardest working committees, with the main opportunities being planning and organizing the educational and social events at the spring and fall meetings for the ASOPRS.
The American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery is dedicated to the health and beauty of the eyes and face. Founded in 1969, ASOPRS now has over 650 US and International members in over 30 countries around the world dedicated to facial rejuvenation and disorders of the eyelids, eye socket, and tear drainage system.
