Skin tightening is a non-invasive skin treatment that works to tighten the skin. Our devices work to reduce wrinkles and loose skin in order to achieve a more youthful appearance. The skin tightening occurs with the heating of collagen, a protein that helps our skin stay healthy, that resides under the skin’s surface. The heat from our devices cause the collagen to contract, thereby tightening the skin.
Our skin tightening treatment is considered a “lunch time” procedure. The treatment should take no longer than 45 minutes. There is also no downtime associated with this procedure. A series of treatments may be necessary depending on what you are looking to achieve.
Should I Consider a Skin Tightening Treatment?
You should consider undergoing this procedure if you struggle with, or would like to safely reduce/remove, any of the following:
- Wrinkles
- Loose skin
- Rough skin
- A non-youthful appearance
- Fine lines
- Skin laxity

Our Skin Tightening Devices
Here at the Aesthetic Center, we have two different skin tightening devices. During your consultation, we will decide which device will be best for your particular needs.
Forma
InMode’s Forma is a non-invasive, auto-adjusting, bipolar radio frequency thermal skin treatment to tighten skin. This comfortable, “lunch-time”, procedure immediately improves skin tightness while stimulating collagen formation for long-term results.
Forma is among the safest skin treatments on the market. Its algorithm allows it to automatically reduce radio-frequency energy when the hand pieces sense the required skin temperature. Along with this technology, the hand piece reads skin surface temperature at a rate of 1000 times per second; allowing your physician to read your skin temperature in real time. Fractora
InMode’s Fractora is a fractional skin resurfacing and sub-dermal tissue coagulation device that improves wrinkles and tightens skin faster than a conventional treatment option. It is the treatment of choice when treating skin of color due to there being little risk of PIH (post inflammatory hyper-pigmentation). Fractora can be used on active cystic acne and acne scars. In recent clinical studies, it has been shown that it improves acne scarring by 50%.
