LEISHA PURYEAR BSN, RN, CANS
Leisha earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bon Secours Memorial College of Nursing in 2016. Leisha’s interest in aesthetic medicine was inspired by her four years of work with Dr. Langelier as an OR and surgical recovery nurse.
She joined Dr. Langelier in the office in early 2023, receiving extensive training from Dr. Langelier and traveling nationally for advanced Sciton laser and injectable preceptorship training. Leisha also earned the prestigious Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) credential—a nationally recognized mark of excellence in aesthetic nursing that requires years of direct supervision by board-certified aesthetic physician and passing a rigorous examination demonstrating mastery of facial anatomy, patient safety, injection techniques, laser and energy-based devices.
She is dedicated to patient education, ensuring that individuals feel informed and confident throughout their aesthetic journey. Her expertise in laser resurfacing allows her to safely and effectively address concerns such as skin texture, age spots, pigmentation, redness, rosacea, and fine lines, delivering transformative results with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction. Her attention to detail, energy, warmth, and experience merge to create top-notch aesthetic care her patients.
